RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Jenda Fe are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify Jenda Fe within 5 business days of delivery by emailing info@jendafe.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Upon approval, Jenda Fe will provide a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution at our discretion. Items must be sent to the address below only after receiving authorization from Jenda Fe:

Non Returnable Items
Unless otherwise stated, all items including mugs, scrunchies, shirts, and custom or personalized products mare non returnable and non exchangeable. Other non returnable items include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Inspection and Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for a resolution, customers must inspect items within 5 business days of delivery and report damages, defects, or errors. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14 day statutory right to cancel or return their order for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds
If a return is approved, Jenda Fe will notify the customer and process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
