Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; Jenda Fe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Jenda Fe is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance in initiating a claim or providing supporting documentation, you may contact us at info@jendafe.com. We are happy to guide you through the process but cannot guarantee compensation for carrier mishandling.
Shipping Address Changes
Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been placed may delay or cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. After shipment, the package is no longer under Jenda Fe’s control, and any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
